If there is an incident of server failure while making the payment, we will refund your amount within 7 days to the same channel of the payment from which the payment was received.

• For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 10 business Working days. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• Please submit all cancellation requests within 2 calendar days of registration and no later than the scheduled course date to receive a full or partial refund of paid registration fees.
• If a training / Course is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
