Job Summary :
As the 5G/6G Lab Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our advanced research and development lab focused on telecommunications technologies. This role involves hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and effective collaboration with a team of engineers. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and success of TelcoLearn Services by leading impactful projects and ensuring the lab's optimal functionality.

Responsibilities :
Lab Management

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the 5G/6G lab, ensuring a secure and productive environment.
• Manage lab resources, equipment, and infrastructure to support research and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

Research and Development:

• Lead and contribute to research projects in 5G and 6G technologies.
• Design and conduct experiments, tests, and trials to evaluate the performance of emerging telecommunications solutions..
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and technological advancements.

Team Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of skilled engineers and researchers.
• Provide technical guidance, support professional development, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Encourage innovation and creativity within the team.

Project Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in 5G/6G technology development and testing.
• Proven experience managing research labs and leading technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
