At TelcoLearn, all our offerings — including courses, virtual labs, and assessments — are delivered digitally through our learning platform TLxP (TelcoLearn Experience Platform). There is no physical shipping involved.

Upon successful payment, users will receive:

• Immediate access to self-paced content (where applicable)
• Login credentials (for new users) via email within 15–30 minutes
• Access to live sessions, labs, or assessments based on scheduled timelines (communicated in advance via email)

We strive to provide a high-quality learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a limited refund policy as outlined below:

A. Courses (Self-paced or Live)

• Refunds will be processed only if a request is made within 7 days of purchaseandbefore more than 10% of the course is completed.
• No refunds will be issued for completed or near-completion courses.
• For live cohort-based sessions, refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before the first live session

B. Virtual Labs

• Refunds are not applicable once lab access has been provisioned and activated.
• In case of technical issues or lab downtime exceeding 24 hours, users may request for:
  • Extension of lab access or
  • Credit transfer to another course/lab

C. Assessments and Certifications

• No refunds will be processed for completed assessments.
• Refunds are not applicable for failure to pass the test
