Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Telecom & Cloud Training

Position Overview :
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and thrives in a dynamic sales environment. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our telecom and cloud training offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their training needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the telecom or cloud industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of telecom and cloud technologies and trends is a plus.
