Job Title: Customer Outreach Specialist - 5G/6G Labs and Telecom/Cloud Training Sales

We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Outreach Specialist to join our team and drive sales for our Telecom and Cloud training programs and 5G/6G lab setups.

Job Summary :
As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, specifically targeting colleges, universities, and enterprises. Your primary focus will be to understand their training and lab setup needs, showcase the value of our offerings, and drive successful sales engagements.

Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Utilize research and networking to identify potential clients in colleges, universities, and enterprises.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads for Telecom and Cloud training programs and 5G/6G lab setups.

Customer Engagement:

  • Initiate outreach to key decision-makers through various channels (email, calls, and social media).
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of TelcoLearn's offerings and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of TelcoLearn's Telecom and Cloud training programs and 5G/6G lab setups.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders..
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from outreach to the sales process.

Sales Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on outreach efforts, leads generated, and customer interactions.
  • Utilize CRM tools for efficient tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Telecom and Cloud training programs and 5G/6G lab setups.
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and successfully engage with potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
