5G/6G Labs and Training Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for our Telecom and Cloud training programs and 5G/6G lab setups.

Job Summary :
As the Sales Manager for 5G/6G Labs and Training, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts, reaching out to colleges, universities, and enterprises to promote and sell our training programs and 5G/6G lab setups. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote Telecom and Cloud training programs and 5G/6G lab setups..
  • Identify and target colleges, universities, and enterprises as potential clients.

Client Outreach:

  • Proactively reach out to colleges, universities, and enterprises to understand their training and lab setup needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about TelcoLearn's Telecom and Cloud training programs and 5G/6G lab setups to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their specific training and lab setup requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business.

Sales Reporting

  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Utilize CRM tools for efficient pipeline management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-12 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in Telecom and Cloud training programs and 5G/6G lab setups.
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
